| i think most of us can at least agree that we're in good company. i know that after the exam was over i was hoping that at least ONE other person thought it was complete and utter rubbish, and i'm very glad to be in this proverbial boat with such fine people.
so much for the whole "happy thoughts" thing. they might cure cancer, but apparently they won't help you pass a test. well, let me rethink that. the happy thoughts might help you pass a test that has relevant and fair questions on it, but since we didn't have that, i'm under the assumption that could be why the happy thoughts didn't work so well.

| Comprehensive...........hmmmmm.............doesn't that imply we should have seen more of this in our notes? Case studies--good choice for us to put together a bunch of information that we won't have to diagnose a patient who isn't ours.
